Why is it telling me I have no wordpress sites – when I can log in to my website??
-
It’s so strange I was trying to update the mx (which I’m stuck with too!) but when I follow instructions it gets me to go to the ‘my site’page and when I do it says I have no domains… which is not true. I have a domain and a functioning website that I can log in to using the exact same details
Any ideas?

Hi there,
For what domain are you trying to update MX records? The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here owns no sites, and has never owned any domain upgrades with us.
DNS records on a domain can only be updated at the provider where your DNS is hosted, so if you’re using WordPress at another host, contact that hosting provider directly for help. This has nothing to do with the WordPress software itself.

This is where the problem is, because I have got a wordpress site. I’ve had it with you guys for a couple of months now
builtbybaldwin.com
And I use the same login details for that site as I did for this one
Could you please explain why this is showing up with no sites?

Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Linode.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities: https://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
To update the MX records on that domain, you’ll do it through your hosting provider following their documentation.
