    Have you tried the following troubleshooting steps yet?

    1. Clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Opening your account and paying for your subscription on a different browser.

    3. Trying to pay for your subscription using a different device.

    4. Making sure that the card you are using isn’t of of date?

    Hi there, are you getting the “purchases are currently disabled” error?

    If so, you can reach out to the WordPress.com billing team for assistance using the link in your dashboard that says: “Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” They’ll assist you with this by email as we aren’t able to assist with this issue here in our community forums.

    If you are not getting that specific error, please give us details about the error message you are getting. Thanks.

    Hi there!

    I see that you’ve already sent our billing team a message from your WordPress.com dashboard regarding the purchases being disabled on your account.

    They will review your account and get back to you via email. We aren’t able to help with this in the forums so please wait for the email and reply there if you have more questions.
