Why is it that when I create a new page, I'm prompted to sign up for a new blog?

  When I create a new page, WordPress is prompting me to get a new blog. I cannot create a new blog without getting this link automatically: https://en.wordpress.com/signup/?blog=1%2Fabout-me%2F&preview=true&preview_id=37&preview_nonce=5d40702a9a

  If you visit my blog, http://innovatinghealthcare.wordpress.com/ and click on “About Me,” you’ll see what I mean.

  Why is it doing this, and how can I create a New Page without this issue?
