Why is Jetpack Disrupting Rotating Image on My Homepage?

    When I activate the Jetpack plugin, the animated image on my home page becomes static. The static animation that I am referring to is not the opening Flash animation of the cdt logo, but rather the landing home page animation of my work, where you see a Scholastic Book Fair piece pictured. That image is supposed to rotate to show other pieces of my work. When I de-active Jetpack the homepage animation resumes.

    How can I run Jetpack without this occuring? Why does the image no longer rotate with the Jetpack plugin activated? Please help.

    I suppose the slideshow shortcode could be interfering. Do you notice any improvement if you deactivate the shortcode module via the Jetpack section of your blog’s Dashboard?
