Why is Like button on top of tags and comment bar?

  I’ve tried clearing cache, cookies, refresh, etc. On my blog http://universalmusings.com the Like button is sitting on top of the tags and comment bar. It’s like this regardless of which browser I use, on PCs and iPad, etc. Please help!

  I’m afraid you’re in the wrong forum. This forum only provides support for wordpress.com blogs, but you have a self-hosted blog running the wordpress.org software. While there are some similarities, wordpress.com and wordpress.org are completely different systems: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
