Why is live chat unavailable so often

  My wordpress account is supposed to provide Live Chat support. But a majority of time I’ve sought to chat the past few months, the chat has been “unavailable,” and I’ve been left with the option to email my question. What is going on? It seems like WordPress is not living up to its promise.

  With your yearly Creator plan, you do have access to 24/7 live chat support. However, if all our Happiness Engineers are occupied or unavailable, your message will automatically be routed to our email support system. Rest assured, we’ll respond to your email as promptly as possible. Please note that Live Chat support may occasionally be unavailable or have limited hours during company meetings and major holidays.
