Why is Milestone not showing up on my blog?

  Hi, thanks for reading. I filled out everything on the Milestone widget but it’s not displaying. Any ideas why? Could the text I put in be too long or something? It’s for a class starting Oct. 27.

  Hi there. If you go to Appearance ->Widgets, do you see the Milestone widget in the right-hand column on that screen? In which widget area have you added it?

  Hi, thanks for your response. It should be in the Showcase sidebar.

  The Showcase sidebar only appears if you set up a static home page using the showcase template. You don’t have that page set up, so you should place the widget in the regular sidebar or one of the three footer areas.
