Why is my account still suspended?

You said my blog was working perfectly, but it isn’t. I still get a suspended message. Please let me know what isd going on or please fix it. I could not reply to the email because it was from a donotreply email. I have cleared the cache and history. It also doesn’t come up on my other computers, or my iPhone either. Please repair this. I have done nothing wrong and its embarrassing when my friends email me and ask why my blog is suspended.

  • http://thewilliamwilsonperspective.wordpress.com/ is your WordPress.com blog, and that’s just fine.

http://thewilliamwilsonperspective.com/ is a self-hosted site, we have no control over that. It looks like you were suspended by your hosting provider, so I recommend contacting them.

I contacted GoDaddy.com, which is where I purchased the domain from. They only have the registration. They are saying my website is hosted on Bluehost. I don’t have my site hosted anywhere else. I don’t even know HOW to do that. Do you guys use Bluehost to host my site, if so, that is something you have to fix on your end. I just registered the free blog from you guys, bought a domain name from GoDaddy, had it redirected to (through you guys) and that’s it. It has been working fine since day 1 and today it changes. There is nothing I can do. If there is please tell me what. My blog is not hosted on my Bluehost.com account.

  • You’ll need to contact Bluehost them, as they’re the ones who suspended you.

We host all of the WordPress.com blogs here ourselves, we don’t use Bluehost.

http://thewilliamwilsonperspective.com/ is not a WordPress.com blog, it is a self-hosted blog on Bluehost, and they’re the ones who have suspended you.

If you want thewilliamwilsonperspective.com to point to http://thewilliamwilsonperspective.wordpress.com/ instead of your Bluehost account, you’ll need to map your domain to it following this guide: http://en.support.wordpress.com/domain-mapping/map-existing-domain/

Again, the suspension did not come from us, you need to contact your hosting provider.

I just added domain mapping to my WordPress account. the DNS servers have been changed and they have been processed. And I updated my primary URL on the Domains store. How long does it take for everything to take place since now everything is through wordpress?

  • http://thewilliamwilsonperspective.com/ seems to be working just fine now.

It can take domain changes up to 72 hours (though usually much less) to propagate to your ISP. Unfortunately, we have no control over this as it all depends on how often your ISP refreshes their DNS cache.
