Why is my Add subscriber button unclickable?

  I successfully connected my wordpress account and my jetpack account but when I clicked subscriber button to manage my subscriber, I cannot add more subscriber. Also on my website, when I try and add subscriber. it says account it suspended

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  P.S. I only have 1 subscriber and I am using an Admin account
