Why is my admin bar appearing all the time?

  Hello,

  Im trying to get rid of my admin bar.

  If I search for my domain on another device i have never edited on I can still see the admin bar.

  Any help would be appreciated.

  We are NOT allowed to remove the Admin bar on any free hosted WordPress.COM blog like http://elstanley89.wordpress.com/
