Why is my admin page giving me a 404 error?

  My blog link, to other users, appears as a blank white page while, to me, my admin page appears with a 404-not found error and I can’t access any of my blog’s files, pages, or posts. Why and how can I fix it?

  If it’s not then please post an active link starting with http:// to the blog you are experiencing this on.

  Will you confirm that your Flash is updated? http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ and if required installing the latest version of Flash http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

  Please tell us how you are connecting to the interent and to WordPress.com and exactly which browser and version of it you are using.
