Why is my author bio photo not displaying?

Please see any specific post on my site (millersam.com or millersa.wordpress.com).
In the author bio section, located beneath any post page, no photo is displaying. Instead, a rectangle is displaying that looks like it should hold the author bio photo.
My Gravatar image displays correctly throughout WordPress.
My theme is Twenty-Ten.
This is WordPress hosted, not self-hosted. Please help!

Your author bio is displaying at the end of posts when titles are clicked and they are displayed on their own pages. Gravatar images are cached and frequently take days to show up. Do not keep uploading images as that simply delays the display. I have never had a gravatar photo displayed in my “author bio” section.
The current gravatar has been in place for at least a week, and other gravatars were in place for months at a time.
I have never been able to have the gravatar displayed next to the author bio text. See the rectangle.
