Why is my banner displaying a ripped paper icon?

  Hi, my banner is not displaying properly. I was going to get my website up and running today, but I cannot even get the banner to display correctly. There is no picture, but instead, a huge space of white with a ripped paper icon in the top left hand corner.

  Hi there,

  That is odd! That usually happens only if the image which you had uploaded to put in your header was deleted. I went and took a look in the Header section of your site (you can go to your Dashboard >> Appearance >> Header), and it looks like you have at least one file uploaded still that you can select to put there, but I wasn’t sure if it was a previous version or not.

  If it is the correct image, you should just be able to select it and press Update and it will be replaced. If it’s a previous (and unwanted) version, you will need to re-upload your banner, I’m afraid.
