why is my blog all in italics?

  Hi, it seems that overnight my entries and sidebar are all in italics, except for my most recent post. How can I remedy this? Thank you :)

  That happens when there’s a wrong html tag in the most recent post. Go to the post editor for that post, switch to html, and remove this from the end:
  <em>

  Also, there is some messy code. I suggest you go to settings > writing and select “WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically” and then click “save changes.”

  I would also suggest that you open each post on the main page, make one minor change (such as adding a space and then deleting it) and then click “update post.” That should clean up a lot of the messy code I’m seeing.
