Why is my blog entry suddenly disappears when I click publish?

  This has happened to me twice and cause me to lose a few hours of my time drafting the blog. The scenario is as follows: I type my blog entry and construct it accordingly without clicking the save draft button. When I finally complete my blog entry and click on Publish. The page return shows no content in the content section. Nothing is found in my autosave section since I didn’t click on the Save Draft button. I can’t reinstate back the content since clicking back will give me blank page and clicking on any of the current save copies will also result in blank page. I just want to know why this happen and how can I prevent it from happening again ever? Thanks.
