why is my blog is still saying it's "private" when i try to link to it?

  I try to post a Facebook link to my blog, but it says it’s private still although I changed the settings in the Privacy to public with search engines allowed.

  You need to disconnect from Facebook, flush the FB cache (google it) and then re-connect.

  I had tried removing cache through ‘clear recent history’ but didn’t work. So I tried googling facebook cache as suggested – it pointed me to FB’s own ‘debugger’ and this worked a treat.
