Why is my blog linking to a 'site under development' web page?

  I own the domain 16-feet.com. I have a wordpress blog 16feetdotcom.wordpress.com. I mapped the 16-feet.com domain to the wordpress blog for $12 (nameservers were changed to ns1.wordpress.com and so on). When I type in ’16-feet.com’ or link to my blog via the wordpress dashboard I am taken to a ‘site under development’ web page. The domain is registered with easyDNS.com. On August 28th I will transfer the registration to ipage.com (+60 days from initial registration). Any thoughts on this?

  http://16-feet.com/ appears to be working properly.

  It can take domain changes up to 72 hours (though usually much less) to propagate to your ISP. Unfortunately, we have no control over this as it all depends on how often your ISP refreshes their DNS cache.
