Why is my blog listed under Nathan Myhrvold?

  Here’s what was written on my year end report “Nathan Myhrvold’s ground breaking Modernist Cuisine has 2,440 pages. This blog had about 10,000 views in 2012. If each view were a page, it would equal 4 copes of Modernist Cuisine. You’re gonna need a bigger bookshelf!”

  I am not Nathan Myhrvold…what the heck is up with you guys?

  Nathan Myhrvold wrote a groundbreaking culinary tome titled Modernist Cuisine and it is really big – 2,440 pages! And the stats team wanted to make the analogy that your blog had so many views it could be equal to four of those books! Which is a lot of views.

  I don’t think anyone else will be confused. I mean, my blog had several times the number of visitors to Leichtenstein, and nobody mistook me for Leichtenstein. Go ahead and post the stats.

  Sorry, but this is about another person’s blog and not mine. It was there last year too. I hate to be picky, but I am not Nathan M. whoever he is.
  so just want to get this cleared up at the stats home.

  Not too much to ask what is the purpose of writing about someone else’s blog on my stats, is it.

  The stats don’t reference someone else’s blog – but a very long book. It doesn’t mean your stats are about his book, it means that your blog has a lot of views; as if someone had read Modernist Cuisine several times over. So although there is a reference to a book on your stats, your stats are certainly not about that book.
