Why is my blog losing posts, yet double-appearing in my dashboard?

Some of my blog posts disappear: I now have a total of 5 posts on my fairly-new blog. I cannot see all 5; I can see 2, or I can see 3. I see either posts 1, 2, and 4; or posts 3 and 5. Not at the same time. I haven’t changed any settings, post each one the same way (via the Dashboard), and generally have no idea why this is happening.
Furthermore, when I log in to WordPress, my blog appears twice in my profile. Same blog, same address. Also in the “My Blogs” section. I registered once, it appears twice, with the same links.
Unsure if these issues are related, but it would be lovely to have one, only one, working blog that shows all posts.
