Why is my blog not being crawled and indexed by Google / Bing

  Hi Guys,

  I’ve had my blog for a while now and I’ve been updating it pretty regularly in the past few weeks. I checked http://ismyblogworking.com/asiaescapades.wordpress.com
  and my blog is not being indexed by Google or Bing. From Webmastertools I can see that google is not crawling my blog at all. Can you please help??

  This page:

  http://ismyblogworking.com/asiaescapades.wordpress.com

  says that your site *is* indexed by Google. But not by Bing, yeah. You might want to submit your site there:

  http://www.bing.com/toolbox/submit-site-url

  http://www.bing.com/toolbox/webmaster

  Your most recent post was published on January 3rd. You need to post frequently. It takes weeks for search engines to index content in a new blog and/or to re-index content under a new URL. What attracts search engines is unique content the cannot in posts that cannot be found anywhere else on the internet.   To verify blog ownership of a WordPress.com blog with the major search engines you must use this process > http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/
  Note: Even if you do not verify the blog the content will be indexed by search engines so don’t feel panicky about this please.
