Why is my blog not pinging?

  curious as to why i tried ti search for my blog on yahoo and it wasnt listed. i thought this blog automatically pinged all the major search engines whenever i post…

  I found a link to your blog in another thread. Please provide one when asking questions, or link your name to your blog as explained in the sticky thread at the top of the forum, “8 things… ” #2.

  You are on Google. Type site:brooklynbarbarosa.wordpress.com into the google search box and it shows all your posts as well as your pages. They have indexed your entire site.

  You have only 5 posts and it will take a while for you to build page rank. As you add more post, and gain readership, your page rank will improve. Keep posting and be patient. The search engines have to index and figure out where to put over a hundred thousand new domains each day. It takes some time.

  i know i am on google, but what about other search engines like yahoo, etc?
