why is my blog not shown up in the area i want it to?

How long does it take for your blog post to be published once you have logged out of your account?
I have published a post about 30 minutes ago and it still has not shown up in the category I have chosen it to go in.
Why not? it only shows when I am logged into my account.
HELP Please!!!!!

You name is not linked to a WordPress.COM blog, If you have a WordPress.ORG blog you should ask over there.
