Why is my blog often went down at night time (Singapore time)?

I don’t know if it is a common thing that is happening to all blogs. If it does, I really think that wordpress should do something about it. For some unknown reasons, my blog will always go down intermittently with an error during evening to night-time (Singapore time). For example, at the time of me writing this form, my blog is down. Upon reload sometime you get the blog site up sometime it remains as down. Can you kindly advise what is wrong?

The blog should be up all times of the day. When it’s down next can you try clearing your cache and cookies?
Also, are all WordPress.com blogs down for you at that time or is it just your blog?
