Why is my blog showing 'Your connection is not private' error?

  I have a website http://www.parolz.com/business and i put my blog link (Merchant Resources) on the homepage.

  When i try to access the blog, it shows the ‘Your connection is not private’ error.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
