Why is my blog still suspended?
-
I forgot to change the billing to my site and the domain failed to renew. I have now renewed it but I still can not access the site. When I type in my domain this message appears:
‘Domain Suspension
This domain has expired and is now suspended. If you would like to restore it please contact the registrar used to register your domain. You can check the registrar used for your domain at whois.CO.’I haven’t got a clue how to fix it. Please help!
Thanks,

somewhere-elsewhere.co is hosted by Unified Layer not by WordPress.COM
Hosting provider: Unified Layer
WHOIS: Click Here
IP Address: 50.87.248.56
Name Servers:
ns1.bluehost.com
ns2.bluehost.comWe provide support only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs. We do not provide support for wordpress.ORG software installs and we cannot help you.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Note that Jetpack is a plugin used by WordPress.ORG bloggers to achieve parity with what we already have built in to WordPress.COM blogs. Therefore, you may want to share you solution on the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.ORG.
re: Jetpack support
Some Jetpack solutions are here http://jetpack.me/support/
Others are in the Jetpack support forum at WordPress.org
http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack
However, if you can’t find help at either one then you can file a Jetpack support ticket here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/?jetpack=needs-serviceAlso note that for WordPress.ORG issues, if you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.
