Why is my configuration such a mess?
-
Gah! What happened to my configuration? This is NOT what my blog should look like. Please fix it, the text is all the way across when it should it is set up for three columns.

Your blog looks perfectly fine over here. Can you please try clearing out your cache and cookies?

We have, in fact, done that, thanks.
And then we just switched the orientation, but it did not fix the problem, my left side alignment is still not working properly. The body of text should be on the right with my two columns on the left.

It looks like you’ve selected the “Content-Sidebar-Sidebar” layout in your Appearance -> Theme Options page, which displays your content on the left and your sidebars on the right.
Can you try going to your Theme Options page and clicking on the Sidebar-Content or Sidebar-Sidebar-Content option to fix this?

I prefer to use 3 column setting, so sidebar-content-sidebar isn’t really an option. We switched to content-sidebar-sidebar as an experiment, and it’s the only way that all three of my columns will show up. Last night, when I switched back to sidebar-sidebar-content, where I’ve had it for months, all of the sidebars were missing. Did the theme change, or is this just a glitch?

Try switching back to sidebar-sidebar-content, then check Appearance -> Widgets in your Dashboard to make sure that your widgets are in place.
