Why is my copy a post button not working?

When I click copy a post it no longer takes me to the menu to choose which post to copy but instead acts as if I have clicked “add a post”
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I normally use firefox but switched to google chrome with the same results. I post from my desk top.

What are the version numbers of the browsers you are using please? You can find out by checking here http://www.whatbrowser.org/

Firefox 28 on Windows 7
Chrome 34
IE 11
The same results in all three browsers. -
Make sure the Writer Helper option is selected in your Screen Options: http://en.support.wordpress.com/screen-options/
Let me know how that goes.

There is an author option and it is checked, along with all the rest. I hit apply anyway and the same result.

Yes, under screen options. The writer helper is checked. In this menu the Author is not checked nor is Excerpt, Send trackbacks, discussion, or slug.

This is what your Post editor should look like. I’ve confirmed that the copy buttons do work on my end. Do you see the same thing when you log into your browser?
If you see the same thing, what happens when you click on one of the “Copy” buttons?
If you don’t see this, could you please take a screenshot for what you do see?
