Why is my credit card rejected?

    I am trying to pay for a premium membership but my card is repeatedly rejected. I use the card on other sites and it works just fine. The card is a VISA and is based in Germany. Are there alternative forms of payment? Can I do a direct bank transfer? Thank you,

    Hi nathanieldphillips,

    Payments via credit card and echeck are processed by PayPal. You are also able to pay via Bitcoin, but not direct bank transfer.

    I’ve also tagged this topic for a Staff follow-up, as they would be able to check your purchase history and any errors that may have been returned when you tried to make your purchase.
