Why is my custom background not showing?

    I am using the theme “Motion” by “Volcanic.” I attempt to change the background in the customize view, by uploading an image. The image uploads successfully, and the background changes, after which I click Save.

    However, when the blog is accessed, the default background is displayed. The strange bit is that when I go back to customize, the background I uploaded is shown.

    I have uploaded the image repeatedly, cleared the cache, used various browsers, asked others to check the background for me, but they all see the default image.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    I see a cusom background on this blog wearing Modularity Lite.

    NOTE: If you do not have a CSS upgrade you can skip using the theme customizer. All of the very same functions can be accessed from your dashboard.
    Appearance > Header
    Appearance > Background
    Appearance > Theme Options (applicable only to some themes)
    Settings > Reading (set a static front page)
    Site Title and Tagline > Settings > General
