Why is my domain based email not accepting messages?

My email (email visible only to moderators and staff) that is part of my domain/site is not working anymore. Messages are being returned to sender as undeliverable. Help!!

Hi there,
It looks like you recently switched from using Hotmail to Zoho mail — you currently have Zoho mail records listed on your “Edit DNS” page under Store > Domains in your dashboard. Is that right?
If so, you’ll need to verify your domain with Zoho. We have instructions for how to do that, starting with step #13 here: Add Email through Zoho Mail
It can take a little time for new email records to take effect once you finish this process. If you’re still having trouble with your new Zoho mail, please let me know and I’ll be happy to help further.
