stylewithamanda.com is hosted by GoDaddy.com
Although stylewithamanda.com has been registered, it is not using WordPress.com nameservers. If your domain is mapped to a self-hosted site, then your configuration may be fine as currently set up. If you wish to host your site at WordPress.com, you will need to update your nameservers as outlined below.
To learn about how to correctly map an existing domain, please see our documentation. https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/#2-ask-your-domain-provider-to-update-your-dns-settings
It can take as long as 72 hours for DNS changes to become widely available. If you’re still not seeing your site loading at stylewithamanda.com, please wait a few more hours, clear your browser cache, and try again. http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clear-your-cache-and-cookies
Know that it is not uncommon for your own ISP to be last to flush their DNs cache. You can view the DNS changes here > https://www.whatsmydns.net/
What’s important during that stage is to be patient. -
Good Morning –
As timethief mentioned, you’ll need to map stylewithamanda.com to your WordPress.com account in order to use it here. I
The .wordpress.com site address, stylewithamandacom.wordpress.com, will be connected to stylewithamanda.com. However, your visitors are only going to see stylewithamanda.com.
Please take a look at this information: https://en.support.wordpress.com/all-about-domains/
It looks like you just need to edit the name servers on the domain. That is step #2 here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/map-existing-domain/Let me know if there’s anything else I can help with, but timethief has pretty much covered it all :)
