Why is my domain not working

  Hi, I just upgraded to premium today (99. USD a year) and selected vitalpie.mx as my domain and I’m having two problems:

  1.- It is supposed to be an annual rebovation, but it says it will renew on december 27
  2.- vitalpie.mx is not working, the administration panel says I have to upgrade the DNS, I’ve read the help info but can’t seem to solve it

  Hi there,

  1.- It is supposed to be an annual rebovation, but it says it will renew on december 27

  We renew all auto-renewals one month in advance of expiration in case there’s any problem with the upgrade (such as an expired card). If your domain expires there’s a chance that someone else could purchase your domain, and you would lose it entirely.

  Please note that the upgrade still renews for a full year from the actual expiration date, but it just renews a month early.

  2.- vitalpie.mx is not working, the administration panel says I have to upgrade the DNS, I’ve read the help info but can’t seem to solve it
