Why is my domain purchase not processing?

I have tried for two days in a row to purchase a domain name for my blog. Each time, I’ll fill in all of my information correctly and it’ll say “Processing…”. Unfortunately, I’ll wait hours on end and it just won’t process. I was assuming it might be my bank, but they always call if they are suspicious. I haven’t a received a call yet, so I’m baffled.
