Why is my domain registered with Wild West Domains when I bought it from WP?

  Why is my domain name registered with Wild West Domains and how do I transfer it? I have disabled my domian lock and private registration, I have received the authorisation code but my new host (Siteground) cannot make the transfer because my domain, http://www.fertileroots.org is registered in fact with Wild West Domains!!!!
  I bought and registered this domain with wordpress. What is going on and how can I get my domain back?

  We work with Wild West Domains to register domains, but we are in fact your domain registrar even if it says WWD in the Whois Lookup.

  Your domain transfer has been accepted. Please check with your new registrar to see if it has been transferred.
