Why is my domain still active?

    I have a webpage built with wix.com and would like that page to appear when someone visits my http://www.urblskin.com site. I have tried to redirect, but it isn’t working. I either want to delete my domain and repurchase it with another host or have my webpage from another host appear with my current domain.

    So you’re aware, I let my domain expire with the hopes of being able to repurchase it with a new host, but my wordpress blog now pops up when my domain is entered.
