Why is my domain transfer not working?

  I own prettyinskin.co domain and I want my domain on wordpress to be merged with this domain instead of prettyinskiin.wordpress.com. It is not letting me doing it. Please advise on how to help.

  Hi prettyinskiin

  You should be under paid plans to add custom domain to your site. After upgrading you will be able to add new domain or can map /transfer your existing domain to your site.

  Why can I not transfer the domain for free? I waited 60 days of owning the domain.

  You will need an upgraded WordPress.com plan on your site in order to transfer in a domain. Each paid plan comes with a free domain credit you can use to either register a new domain or transfer/map one you already own.
