Why is my email blocked when I invite a new user

  I’m trying to invite a user to my private blog. http://www.shareourvacation.wordpress.com
  I get error msg. Invitation not sent, the user has blocked invite emails.
  She has not blocked all emails. I can’t figure this out.
  Help?
