Why is my email not working?

    I followed the steps for my email provider, why isn’t my email working?
    It is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and it is hosted by Netregistry.com.au. I have waited a few days and still cannot get emails through.
    Can you help please

    Hi there,

    It looks like your MX records are not set up correctly. Can you please provide me the records you need? I can add them for you.

    Please note that once the MX records are added your Email Forwards will no longer work.

    (email visible only to moderators and staff) mail handled by bundyhall.org.au MX 0 mail.bundyhall.org.au. with priority 10

    A mail.bundyhall.org.au points to 27.121.64.71

    I hope this is what you need. I got these from netregistry.com.au who are my cpanel hosts.

    Hi there,

    I’ve added a couple Netregistry MX records before and usually it would be something like:

    bundyhall.org.au. mail handled by mx.netregistry.net. with priority 10

    Can you please contact their support team to be sure?

    Also, when I add those records, I will have to remove the one Email forward you set up on your account. Please confirm that you would like me to remove this.

    Yes you may remove the email forward.
    I actually got the MX record from netregistry support, but I will check with them again.

    I checked with netregistry support. This is the info they told me to provide you with to point the MX to my cpanel
    IP address :27.121.64.71
    mail.bundyhall.org
    TTL: 14400
    Priority 0

    OK. I have updated your MX records. It may take up to 48 hours to fully propagate. Let me know if you aren’t able to access your email in a couple days.
