Why is my existing package not working?

  I paid for a WordPress Premium Package renewal in February 2016. It was linked to a blog I started but didn’t continue, so I closed it and want to start a website with you instead. However the site is treating me as if I am a new customer. What do I need to do and who do I talk to about this??? Thank you
