Why is my facebook/twitter plugin not working?

  I installed a facebook/twitter plugin which puts large “like” and “tweet” buttons at the top of my posts. It worked great for a few weeks. But now, for a week, it has just been posting random “like” numbers for every post on the site (one day every post was liked 48 times, then next day every post on the site was liked 32 times etc.) And today every post is liked 0 times. I don’t think it is registering likes at all.

  I also cannot figure out which plugin this is in order to try to fix it.
