why is my first blog post on every page (menu)

  I just published my first blog post and I want to know why is my welcome post on every page (menu) of my blog? I just want my welcome post on the homepage only. How can I do this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,
  Check up your menu items by following these steps:
  – Click My Sites > Menu
  – If you haven’t created any other pages or posts yet, then it’s possible your theme is displaying a default menu. To override this default menu, create your own one. To create a new menu, click the drop down options on the right, and select “+Add new menu”. Start adding your new items and link them to the pages you want. (You’ll have to create these ones previously) If you don’t have any material to display yet, you could either create empty pages with a sign that says something like “under construction” or you could just create a 1 or 2 menu items for the pages you already have.
