Why is my follow blog widget not working?

    My follow blog widget is not working on theme twenty twelve, it allows a reader to fill in their mail address in the space provided and when they click on the “sign me up” button, a box comes up to say that they will be sent a confirmation email and a message saying thanks for following the blog but the confirmation email never arrives. What am I doing wrong?

    I am experiencing the same problem as soon as I customised the confirmation email in the Settings>Reading>Follower Settings.
    You can access the Jetpack follow blog widget on any page on http://www.roamingcooking.com

    Can anyone please help?
