Why is my \"follow rad maverix\" button showing up 4 times?

Good Afternoon,
I am trying to generate a ”follow button” via this url: http://developer.wordpress.com/docs/follow-button-creation/
I am able to get the code but when I copy/paste it to the ”text” widget in my blog layout, it adds 4 of them at a time when I view my site. Instead of only 1 ”follow rad maverix” button showing, a ton of them show up right in a row. & it isn’t that there are 4 codes copied into the text widget, there is only one code.
Any help would be appreciated.

The button generated at developer.wordpress.com is for use on non-WordPress.com sites. It looks like you’ve got the Follow Blog widget set up now.

Yes, I am planning to move back to wordpress.com because I like the ‘community’ feel of the wordpress.com / reader as opposed to the wordpress.org.
Can you please transfer my followers & email subscribers back to http://www.radmaverix.wordpress.com ?

I’m happy to do that, however I don’t see any Jetpack linked sites on your account. If your WordPress.org site is setup on a different account, I’ll need a request from that account in order to transfer your subscribers.

I have the JetPack plugin installed on http://www.radmaverix.com, is that what you’re talking about?
I initially set up a redirect from my http://www.radmaverix.wordpress.com to http://www.radmaverix.com — could that be part of the problem?
How can I request from the account you’re speaking of?

The Jetpack plugin needs to be connected to a WordPress.com account. It looks like currently your site http://www.radmaverix.com is not connected to the account you’re using right now (merrissapalmer). I just need the request to move the followers to come from the account that manages that connection.
The Site Redirect isn’t a problem. Although, if you’d like a refund for that just let me know and I can process that for you!
