why is my font size changing

  My font size continually changes after I insert a picture of web address into my post. It looks horrible. Why is this happening and how can I get it to stop?

  Well partly because you are copying and pasting either from another program or from the web and it is bringing in all sorts of code that is mucking you up such as this

  <span class="Apple-style-span" style="line-height:24px;">

  and this

  <span style="font-size:small;">

  If you are copying and pasting from the web, you need to use the “paste as plain text” button on the lower toolbar so that it strips out all the code and then you will have to format things from within the wordpress editor.

  If you are pasting from perhaps a word processing program (based on the apple-style-span class) then you again need to use the paste as plain text icon and do your formatting in the wordpress editor.

  But why is it doing it when I add a photo from my computer?

  Please go to Settings > Writing and select “ ___ WordPress should correct invalidly nested XHTML automatically” and then scroll down and click “Save Changes.”

  Like TSP said above if you have been copying and pasting text from elsewhere without using either icon 5 or icon 6 in Row 2 of the visual editor. Please see here so you know how to do this correctly in the future. http://en.support.wordpress.com/visual-editor/#pasting-text

  What are you writing your posts in? This is what I’m seeing all over your blog, and this is NOT something that wordpress would insert.

  It isn’t adding an image as this stuff occurs throughout your post text. I just added 3 images to a post in twenty ten on a test blog, and it did not add the HTML I’m seeing in your posts.

  Questions:

  1. Browser and browser version?

  2. What program on your computer are you using to write your posts?

  3. Are you copying from somewhere on the web and then pasting into the program you are using to write your posts?

  I am using google chrome. I have not been using the “paste as plain text” but will in the future.

  If you still have issues, try using a different browser such as Firefox and see if you still have issues.
