Why is my header showing up sometimes and other time it doesn't?

  The header on my page will sometime show up and other times it won’t/ Any ideas on what I can do to prevent this?

  Hi,

  I can see it with no problems – I’ve loaded your page several times. Could be a slow internet connection. It’s quite big at 260kb – you might want to make it a .gif file which may help speed it up or compress the .jpg?

  Is the header image found in your Media Library?
  Is the image the exact dimensions specified by your theme (760 by 200 pixels) ?

  Julia: So am I, but whenever I’m on a PC it won’t show up, huh. But looking at the file it is a .jpg so I’ll go ahead and convert it. Thanks again!

  timethief: The dimensions are correct and it is in my media library.

  Please post the URL for the image file so Staff can take a look at it.
