Why is my home page only showing one post?

  My home page is only showing one post — the most recent one. Older posts are not displayed even though in Reading settings I have it set to show 15 posts. I am using The Morning After template and my site is pcfcme.com

  Morning After is a bit of a unique theme. It only shows one latest post, followed by much smaller featured posts if set as such.
