Why is my icon blank when I share my post on my Facebook page?

  Why is my icon blank when I share my post on my Facebook page? The link on FB shows a square shape for my picture, then the title of my post in a rectangle shape… only my square is just blank white space…??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Does this happen on all posts or just some and if so, which ones? We need the URLs starting with http.

  I am new to blogging. I really only have one post, “Reflections – A First Look.” I have tried to share it on FB 3 times by clicking the fb icon below the post (where there is twitter and other forms of sharing) and it posts to FB with a blank icon every time.
