Why is my images going on top of my header?

    Hello! I’m just starting out to make my own WordPress website, and I was wondering why the images in the blog posts go on top of the header? (It doesn’t do this in Safari, but it does on Chrome) Also, is there a way for me to fix this? I tried applying a custom style to the header to make it’s Z index 9999, but it doesn’t seem to be effective.
