  Can you clarify what you mean when you say your info is able to be accessed when someone goes to your blog soulstardesigns.wordpress.com?

  If you are referring to your WordPress profile, others will not be able to view that information. Only you will see that while you are logged in to WordPress. If that is not what you meant, will you please clarify?

  Perhaps you are referring to autofilled information.

  re: contact forms and comment boxes and autofilled information

  Note that there will be auto-filled information in a contact form or a comment box but your information is visible to you when you are logged in and have not cleared your browser cache and cookies. No one else can see it.

  When someone makes a comment on your blog, unless they have cleared their cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies, WordPress.com will recognize them and complete the details for them. No one else will be able to view those details in comment boxes or in contact forms. The next person who comments will see blank fields. Commenters will not see each others details.

  If you log out, clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then visit your site without logging in that links will not appear to you.

  Additional information re: auto-filled information

  There is an Admin Edit link on posts and pages that only you as Admin and any Editors you have created can see when you are logged in. It’s for your convenience and your visitors cannot see it. You cannot remove it as it’s coded into the theme templates and we cannot edit templates or themes.
