Why is my invited "new user" having trouble access the account?

    I’ve invited a new user as an Admin. She still shows up as Pending (waiting) but as I resend and resend and resend the invite, she keeps accepting but is not able to login and access the account as a user/Admin. Help! Her name: Peggy McGee

    Apparently someone from WordPress emailed her a URL link but it took her nowhere.
